Our custom web development solutions refer to the creation of applications and websites tailored to the specific needs of each client, excluding any turnkey platform or unmodified standard template. The exact scope is defined in the specifications validated before the start of the implementation phase.

Our cloud offerings include architecture consulting, infrastructure deployment (IaaS, PaaS), and migration support. Ongoing server management, advanced application security, and third-party infrastructure costs (AWS, Azure, etc.) are not included unless explicitly stated in a separate maintenance contract.

IT consulting assignments consist of audits, strategic recommendations, and support for digital transformation. They do not include the operational implementation of the recommended solutions, which is the subject of a separate quote. Deliverables are limited to the documents and presentations agreed upon in the commercial proposal.

We guarantee the conformity of deliverables to the validated specifications for a period of three months after going live. This warranty does not cover subsequent modifications, issues related to third parties (hosting provider, external libraries), or indirect damages. Our liability is capped at the total amount of fees received for the service in question.

The deadlines indicated in our proposals are given for guidance only and may be modified in the event of a change request, dependency on the client, or force majeure. Any delay does not entitle you to penalties unless expressly agreed otherwise in a clause signed by both parties. We commit to proactively communicating on actual progress.

The source code specifically developed for the client is transferred to them after full payment. The libraries, frameworks, and open-source tools used remain subject to their respective licenses. Lingbin retains the right to reuse non-specific technical components, without disclosing the client's confidential information.
